Blockspace is an auction with one round every ten minutes. This shows what the cheapest, the middle and the most expensive space in each block actually sold for, so you can see the whole auction, not just the average.
DefinitionPER WEIGHT UNIT. The low, mid and high bands are the feerates at which the block's cumulative vbyte count crosses 5%, 50% and 95%. Weight-weighted rather than per transaction, matching Core, mempool.space and every block explorer. Coinbase excluded, as Core does.
LimitIt measures what got in, not what wanted in. A block that was not full has a floor set by the relay minimum, not by demand. Its mid band is identical to the median feerate series.
