MicroStrategy Acquired 467 BTC in July, Prepares to Raise Up To $750M More

On Tuesday, the company filed a Sales Agreement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for offering and selling more of its class A common stock worth up to $750,000,000. “We may use the net proceeds from this offering to purchase additional bitcoin, the price of which has been, and will likely continue to be, highly volatile,” was stated in the filing.
